In the electronic technology industry, explosive welding is widely used in order to connect aluminum conductor with copper conductor，become copper clad aluminum conductor. Towers, rails and telephone cables were successfully welded; many circular plates were combined with this technology in transport equipment; copper-aluminium conductors buses were replaced by copper buses in chemical industry to save copper; similarly, copper was combined with zinc anodes; and aluminum-steel transition joints were used in shipbuilding.

After the refrigeratory evaporator is changed from copper to aluminium, the copper-aluminium connection pipe, which is a transition joint, is needed to connect with the copper pipe in the pipeline system.
