Titanium clad stainless steel plate tube sheet
Titanium and stainless steel have good corrosion resistance in many corresponding media. Like Ni-Ti and Ni-stainless steel composite plates, the composite plates made by them can be used as structural materials in chemical equipment containing different corrosive media, so they are valuable new metal materials.
In addition, the transition joints made of these two materials can be skillfully and firmly connected with titanium and stainless steel and their components respectively, forming a composite material or equipment system of dissimilar metals.
In chemical equipment, the use of titanium-steel-stainless steel three-layer composite plate will be more advantageous, the compressive strength to the middle of the steel, both sides of the material only assume the task of corrosion resistance. In this way, when the technical requirements are met, more scarce and valuable materials are saved, thus the cost is lower.
