The CAW Copper Clad Aluminum Electrical Wire adopts the advanced cladding welding manufacturing technology to coat the high-quality copper tape on the outer surface of the aluminum rod or steel wire core wire concentrically, and form a solid metallurgical combination between the copper layer and the core wire. In the process of drawing, copper and aluminum can be reduced in the same proportion, while the volume ratio of copper layer remains relatively constant.
