Henan Chalco used explosive welding to clad 6+32mm thick copper-aluminium clad plate, and then rolled to 20-30mm. The copper clad aluminum CCA Bi-Metallic transition plate, used as a transition joint in the production line equipment for surface treatment of aluminium alloy profiles after machining. In this kind of equipment, aluminium is usually hung vertically or horizontally on the conductive beam, and then processed in the degreasing, alkali washing, neutralization, electrolysis, coloring and sealing tanks. When entering the electrolysis and coloring process, the corresponding electric current is introduced into the conductive beam according to the surface area of the profile. The electric contact problem arises in the contact area. In the past, a screw connection was used between a copper conductive plate and an aluminium conductive beam. The electrochemical corrosion between the contact surfaces results in poor contact and affects the conductivity. A screw connection is used between the conductive plate and the conductive seat. Due to the electrochemical corrosion between the contact surfaces, the contact is not good, and even the surface is damaged by arcing. Later, the copper clad aluminum CCA Bi-Metallic transition plate was used as conductive plate. Its aluminium side was welded with the aluminium conductive beam, and the copper side was contacted with the electro-copper seat. The contact surface is cooled by tap water.

The copper clad aluminum CCA Bi-Metallic transition plate produced by Henan Chalco has stable conductivity, improves the quality of surface treatment of aluminium materials, avoids heating and reduces power consumption; the conductive plate has a longer life, less maintenance times and replacement quantity, and its price is low, which is 1/4 of the quality of similar products in Japan.

The copper clad aluminum CCA Bi-Metallic transition plates are widely used in surface treatment of aluminium materials and large-scale electroplating equipment.
