
The emergence of aluminum copper bimetal has improved these shortcomings, making it widely used in communications, electronics, electrical appliances, automobiles, household appliances and other fields. In order to reduce weight and save costs, many important components in power transmission and electrical equipment are often made of copper-aluminum composite materials. The aluminum copper bimetal produced by Henan Chalco has studied its composite interface performance and electrical conductivity. The results showed that the copper-aluminum composite board has good electrical conductivity, and its electrical conductivity can reach 92% IACS. It is at the interface of copper-aluminum bonding. It can be observed that the yard diffusion effect is significant, and the welding result is excellent.
